10.1通过代码去除区块标题

我们将modules\block下面的block.tpl.php复制到sites\all\themes\snt\templates目录下面，同时我们将代码里面区块标题的输出给注释掉，这是调整后的代码：

清除缓存数据，现在所有的区块标题，都不见了。
